Refund & Exchange Policy

At Leonver, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Returns

• Clothing items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are in their original condition, unworn (trying on is ok), unwashed, and with all tags attached.

• If the item is not in its original condition (e.g., missing tags, signs of wear, or damage), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. If you need a different size or style, please contact us first to confirm availability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, email us at support@leonver.com with your order number and reason for the return/exchange. We’ll get back to you during business hours with the next steps.
